Advantages of Stainless Steel Plates Type
• 0.8~1.5 mm metallic plate as the heat transfer element, high heat transfer efficiency;
• RSEW+ GTAW to create the heat transfer bundles, zero leakage;
• Plates are vertically placed, dust(dirt) flows with flue gas from top to bottom, not easy to
accumulate dust or cause block.
• Corrugated dimple plate, providing steady support and prevent deformation;

Advantages of Silicon Carbide Materials
• It has extremely high corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and erosion resistance, and can resist high concentration of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, mixed acid, strong base, oxidant, etc.
• The thermal conductivity is much higher than that of other non-metallic corrosion resistant materials, and less heat transfer area is used under the same heat transfer efficiency.
