The plate air preheater heart is a stack of the corrugated plates, main components including plate box, vent, support. The plate stack is the heat transfer unit and stainless steel plate as the heat transfer element. Welding seals are adopted between plates to ensure high heat transfer performance and solve the problem of flue gas leakage.
