Because the shape of the flow passage section of the heat transfer plate along the flow direction changes constantly, the disturbance to the heat transfer fluid is strengthened, thus increasing the heat transfer performance of the fluid.Moreover, the surface of the plate is smooth and has smaller fouling thermal resistance. At the design flow rate, the turbulent state can be achieved to avoid dust deposition, enhance heat transfer and reduce resistance. Due to the outstanding characteristics, the plate type heat exchanger has the best heat energy recovery efficiency under the condition of meeting the technical requirements of the project.
