GGH is a very important device in flue gas desulfuration system.It's main function is to use the original fule gas to heat the net flue gas after desulfuration, so the temperature of flue gas is lowered while the temperature of desulfurized net flue gas is lifted to reach the requested discharged temperature ( above 80ºC) to be discharged through chimney to the atmosphere.

Product features of GGH:

·Rise the exhaust temperature and uplifting height: 
The reheating of flue gas rises the exhaust gas temperature after wet  flue gas desulfuration from 50ºC~70ºC to 80ºC~100ºC, so as to enhance the uplifting height and difusion ability of flue gas discharged from chimney,eliminating the air pollution.


·Thoroughly slove the problems of dew point corrosion and low heat transfer efficiency of metallic tubes.
Silicon carbide is kind of single-phase, pressureless sintered silicon ceramics with high  purity,fine grain and low porosity. It is suitable for extreme environments like high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion and high abrasion. At the same time, silicon carbide has the advantage of super high thermal conductivity, which effectively solve the problem of low heat transfer efficiency of metallic or enamel tubes. 


·Improve desulfuration efficiency.
Desulfuration efficiency increases with the decrease of flue gas temperature at the inlet of absorption tower, so the system usually uses GGH device to cool the original flue gas.
