Wintech offer the Air preheater / Flue Gas Heat Exchanger solution of Improving thermal efficiency and energy saving. The Fully-Welded Plate and combined heat exchanger recovers waste heat from hot flue gas, used  to heat or preheat the air or another flue gas for use in other processes. That allows plants to optimize energy and process efficiency, achieve significant savings and improve cost-effectiveness. 
 
According to decades process experience, technical engineers can custom-design and furnish a gas-to-gas solution to meet customer's work conditions needs, to achieve optimum performance and energy efficiency.

High efficiency indicators:

1. The plate wall thickness is 0.8-2mm, and the tube's is generally 2-3mm; 
2. Under the same heat transfer conditions, K value is 1.5-2 times of the tube bundle type;
3. Under the same conditions, the pressure drop is 20% - 50% of the tube bundle type;
4. In the same 1m² space, the tube bundle can be arranged with a heat exchange area of about 20 m², while the plate heat exchanger can be arranged with a general area of 40-80 m²;
