PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

Air preheater is one necessary heat transfer equipment in the heating furnace system. It's main function is heating the ambient air by reusing the waste heat of  flue gas. It is recorded that  each degree drop in flue gas temperature can save 1% of fuel. Therefore, it can save a lot of energy for enterprises every year.

Combined with the advantages of plate type and pipe type, it is more suitablefor high sulfur condition and anti-scaling. According to the requirement of fule gas inlet and outlet temperature, the preheater is divided into high temperature section and low temperature section. The high temperature section adopts corrosion-resistant enamel tube type, glass tube type, silicon carbide tube type and other structures.

Advantage:
a) All welded plate type preheater in high thermal efficiency. Small floor area, easy installation and maintenance;
b)Plate surface smooth and not easy to dust, avoid fouling resistance led to the decrease of the efficiency of 
energy waste caused by rising;

According to the requirements of the flue gas and the inlet temperature divides into the heat exchanger in high temperature and low temperature, high temperature period of use corrugated board, thermal efficiency is not affected (98%).
 

Low-temperature adopts column tube structure, surface enamel technology. Because of contact with the flue gas is enamel surface, can effectively prevent the dew point corrosion. Temperature of flue gas side can meet the working condition of 60 degrees, the corrosion life of 10 years, and not easy to scale, easy to blowing.
