Air preheater is a heating device that is designed to recover waste/exhaust heat from hot flue gas to preheat the air for next process, usually as combustion air to burn in furnace. So it is usually named the waste-to-energy equipment. All welded plate air preheater adopts welded plate bundle as the heat transfer unit. The welded structure not only ensures the heat transfer performance, but also solves the problem of gas leakage.

• 0.8~1.5 mm metallic plate as the heat transfer element, high heat transfer efficiency;
• RSEW+ GTAW to create the heat transfer bundles, zero leakage;
• Plates are vertically placed, dust(dirt) flows with flue gas from top to bottom, not easy to   accumulate dust or cause block.
• Corrugated dimple plate, providing steady support and prevent deformation;
• Compact structre, saving cost of foundation, frames and installation work; • Modular design, more flexible for transportation and site installation.
