Air preheater is one necessary heat transfer equipment in the heating furnace system. It's main function is heating the ambient air by reusing the waste heat of flue gas. Brief product introduction for combined air preheater:
Combined with the advantages of plate type and tube type, the combined air preheater is more suitable for high sulfur condition and anti-scaling. According to the requirement of flue gas inlet and outlet temperature, the preheater is divided into high temperature section and low temperature section.
The high temperature section adopts all-welded plate structure, while the low temperature part adopts corrosion resistant enamel tube type, glass tube type, silicon carbide tube type and other structures.
Characteristics for high temperature section:
·The temperature difference between flue gas inlet and outlet can be less than 10 ºC,achieving the best utilization of waste heat.
·The surface of the plate is smooth and not easy to accumulate dust, so as to avoid the increase of fouling heat resistance and decrease the transfer efficiency.
·Under the same heat transfer condition, the heat transfer efficiency is 2.5 times of the tube type.
·The pressure drop is 20%~50% of the tube type under same working condition.
·A wide range of material is available including 304,316L,2205,SMO254,etc.
Characteristics for low temperature section:
·The surface is smooth, not easy to accumulate ash and completely solve the problem of low temperature dew point corrosion.
·Commonly used enamel tube, glass tube and silicon carbide tube.
