Wintech customize the solution of Improving thermal efficiency and energy saving. The Fully-Welded Plate and combined heat exchanger recovers waste heat from hot flue gas. Recovered heat is then used to heat or preheat another flue gas for use in other processes. That allows plants to optimize energy and process efficiency, achieve significant savings and improve cost-effectiveness.
According to decades process experience, technical engineers can custom-design and furnish a gas-to-gas solution to meet customer's work conditions needs, to achieve optimum performance and energy efficiency.
The fully welded plate stack is as the heat transfer core, welding seals are adopted between plates to ensure high heat transfer performance and solve the problem of flue gas leaks.
