Combined with the advantages of plate type and pipe type, it is moe suitable for high sulfur condition and anti-scaling. According to the requirement of flue gas inlet and outlet tempeature, the preheater is divided into high temperature section and low temperature section. The high-temperature section adopts all-welded plate structure, while the low-temperature section adopts corrosion-resistant enamel tube type, glass tube type, silicon carbide tube type and other structures.

Can achueve the flue gas inlet, air outlet <10ºC difference, the best utilization of waste heat;
The surface of the plate is smooth and not easy to accumulate dust, so as to avoid the increase of fouling heat resistance and the decrease of effciency;
Under the same heat transfer conditions, the heat transfer efficiency is 1.5-2 times of the tube type;
The pressure drop is 20%-50% of the tube bundle type under the same condition;
Choose stainless steel 304, 316L, 2205, SMO254 material.
Low temperature section characteristic.
The surface is smooth, not easy to accumulate ash, competely solve the problem of low temperature dew point corrosion.
