The flue gas dewhitation heat exchanger developed by our company is a kind of all-welded plate heat exchanger. The heat exchange core is all-welded plate bundle. By cooling the grout, the temperature and absolute humidity of the flue gas in contact with the grout can be reduced, and the discharge of desulfurized salts from the chimney is also reduced. The flue gas dewhitation effect can be achieved by combining function with the flue heater. This kind of heat exchanger is widely used in the flue gas dewhitening process system of electric power, iron and steel, coking and other industries. It is also suitable for slag water heat transfer in iron and steel industry and slurry cooling in alumina industry.

1.High heat transfer efficiency, small temperature difference, less occupying space, bearing, anti-corrosive and anti-fouling.
2.Plate channel space can be designed as wide as 16~30mm, not easy to be blocked and effectively reduce resistance pressure drop.
3.Independent research and development of Ω type support structure, enhancing fluid disturbance on basis of increasing equipment strength , thus improving heat transfer efficiency.
