Compraed with other types, the all welded plate type air preheater has higher heat transfer efficiency:
· thickness of the plate is 0.8~2mm, while it is 2~3mm for tubular type
· K value is 1.2-1.5 times of bundle type under the same heat transfer condition
· Under the same conditions, the pressure drop is 20%-50% of the bundle type
· In the same 1 cubic meter space, the tube bundle can be arranged heat exchange area of about 20 square meters, while the plate heat exchanger can be arranged in 40-80 square meters.
· Material choice stainless steel 304 or low temperature dew point corrosion resistance of duplex steel.
