Product Information:


Plate type Gas Heater is composed of heat exchange plates with corrugated flow channel after being formed by press and welding. High temperature fluid medium and low temperature fluid medium are separated by heat exchange plates and flow interactively. Heat exchange is carried out through the flow passage formed between the plates. All-welded plate heat exchanger has high heat transfer efficiency, small volume size and compact overall structure. So it is space saving and highly environmental adaptable. Plate type Gas Heater has stable performance, no leakge, low consumption, long service life and easy installation. The use of special material can prevent the corrosion of the plate, prolong the service life and save the cost.

Plate type Heat Exchanger High efficiency indicators:

1. The plate wall thickness is 0.8-2mm, and the tube's is generally 2-3mm; 
2. Under the same heat transfer conditions, K value is 1.5-2 times of the tube bundle type;
3. Under the same conditions, the pressure drop is 20% - 50% of the tube bundle type;
4. In the same 1m2 space, the tube bundle can be arranged with a heat exchange area of about 20 m2, while the plate heat exchanger can be arranged with a general area of 40-80 m2;
