Product Information:

The blast furnace slag water contains a large amount of low grade heat from 60ºC to 90ºC. If it is not utilized, this part of energy will be wasted. Moreover, there are a large number of solid particles or suspended substances in the slag water, which cannot be directly used in other heat transfer processes.

Cinder flushing water heat exchanger transfers heat between blast furnace slag water and other circulating water needs to be heated. Thus the low grade heat is utilized and the slag washing water after heat exchange directly enters the blast slag circulation system. This requires no additional equipment to filter and purify the water and avoids pollution caused to water inside the heating system. Waste heat is recovered and utilized, greatly improving the energy utilization to ensure system stable operation for a long period of time.
