Wintech customize the solution of Improving thermal efficiency and energy saving.  Gas Gas heat exchanger recovers waste heat from hot flue gas. Recovered heat is then used  to heat or preheat another flue gas for use in other processes. That allows plants to optimize energy and process efficiency, achieve significant savings and improve cost-effectiveness.

The plate type and tube type Gas Gas Heater choose material for high sulfur working conditions and anti scaling. 


High efficiency indicators:

1. The plate wall thickness is 0.8-2mm, and the tube's is generally 2-3mm; 
2. Under the same heat transfer conditions, K value is 1.5-2 times of the tube bundle type;
3. Under the same conditions, the pressure drop is 20% - 50% of the tube bundle type;
4. In the same 1m² space, the tube bundle can be arranged with a heat exchange area of about 20 m², while the plate heat exchanger can be arranged with a general area of 40-80 m²;
