Wintech offer the Air preheater solution of Improving thermal efficiency and energy saving. The Fully-Welded Plate and combined heat exchanger recovers waste heat from hot flue gas, used to heat or preheat the air or another flue gas for use in other processes. That allows plants to optimize energy and process efficiency, achieve significant savings and improve cost-effectiveness.
According to decades process experience, technical engineers can custom-design and furnish a gas-to-gas solution to meet customer's work conditions needs, to achieve optimum performance and energy efficiency.
•0.8~1.5 mm metallic plate as the heat transfer element, high heat transfer efficiency;
• RSEW+ GTAW to create the heat transfer bundles, zero leakage;
• Plates are vertically placed, dust(dirt) flows with flue gas from top to bottom, not easy to accumulate dust or cause block.
• Corrugated dimple plate, providing steady support and prevent deformation;
• Compact structre, saving cost of foundation, frames and installation work;
• Modular design, more flexible for transportation and site installation.
