Introduction:
Wintech plate heat exchanger is a kind of heat exchanger formed by pressing thin metal plates into heat exchange plates with certain corrugated points, then stacking them and transferring them with rack plates and clamping bolts. The working fluid flows in the narrow and tortuous channel formed between the two plates, and the hot and cold fluid flows through the channel plates between the plates for cold and heat exchange.
Advantage:
1. The core of the heat exchanger is a fully welded plate, and the blind plate is connected by a nut. The equipment can be quickly installed, disassembled and cleaned easily;
2. Oblique corrugated symmetrical channel, turbulent heat transfer efficiency is higher;
3. The combination of wide and short channels is suitable for working conditions that are easy to block;
4. It occupies a small area and can be installed vertically or horizontally.
