Slag washing Cooler is a type of all welded plate type heat exchanger, the heat exchange core is a stack of stainless steel plate stack.
Slag Washing Cooler is more suitable for the requirements of sand-like alumina heat exchange process (including solid particles). The high flow rate drives the slurry containing solid particles to flow on the surface of the plate without causing material accumulation or scarring.

This heat exchanger is developed by Wintech, for the flue gas whitening systerm in China, accounting for 80% of the Chinese market in this application due to the superior performance. By cooling the slurry, the temperature and absolute humidity of the flue gas in contact with the slurry can be reduced, and the discharge of desulfurization salts in the flue can be reduced. Combined with the flue heater, the whitening effect can be achieved.
