The Constant Force Spring Supports (Constant Supports) provide a constant supporting force through the total travel of the support. The simplified construction, together with the compression spring working in conjunction with a bell crank lever, achieves a mathematically perfect counter-balancing of spring and load moments about the main pivot point.
Constant Load Spring Supports are typically used when large vertical movements are present in critical piping to avoid the transfer of residual stresses to other process piping systems.
PRODUCT DISPLAY
Composition of Variable Spring Hanger: The variable spring hanger is mainly composed of cylindrical spiral spring, displacement indicator board, shell and elastic nut. Variable spring support hanger according to the different installation methods, divided into A, B, C, D, E, F, G seven types.
Type A ---- upper thread suspension type;
Type B ---- single ear suspension type;
Type C ---- binaural suspension;
Type D ---- on adjusting shelving type;
Type E---- under adjustment shelving type;
Type F---- support shelving type;
Type G ---- parallel suspension type;
