Wintech developped the flue gas heat exchanger solution of Improving thermal efficiency and energy saving of process Flue Gas Treatment. The Flue Gas heat exchanger recovers waste heat from hot flue gas, used to heat or preheat the air or another flue gas for use in other processes. That allows plants to optimize energy and process efficiency, achieve significant savings and improve cost-effectiveness.
Over 70 projects of Wintech's flue gas heat exchanger was finished and operated smoothly in past decades, in the flue gas treatment of cement, new energy, waste solid treatment, steel plant, Lime Kiln etc.

High efficiency indicators:
1. The plate wall thickness is 0.8-2mm, and the tube's is generally 2-3mm;
2. Under the same heat transfer conditions, K value is 1.5-2 times of the tube bundle type;
3. Under the same conditions, the pressure drop is 20% - 50% of the tube bundle type;
4. In the same 1m2 space, the tube bundle can be arranged with a heat exchange area of about 20 m2, while the plate heat exchanger can be arranged with a general area of 40-80 m2;
