Product Information:

Hastelloy is a nickel - based corrosion - resistant alloy, which is mainly divided into nickel - chromium alloy and nickel - chromium - molybdenum alloy.With the good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, hastelloy is widely used in aviation and chemical fields. Hastelloy plates are suitable for a variety of chemical industries containing oxidizing and reducing media. The higher molybdenum and chromium content makes the alloy resistant to chloride ion, and the tungsten element further improves the corrosion resistance. At the same time, Hastelloy alloy is one of the few materials that can resist the corrosion of chlorine gas, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solution, and has significant corrosion resistance to high concentration of chloride solution such as ferric chloride and copper chloride.

Hastelloy plate heat exchanger is composed of heat exchange plates with corrugated flow channel after being formed by press and welding.
 High temperature fluid medium and low temperature fluid medium are separated by heat exchange plates and flow interactively. Heat exchange is carried out through the flow passage formed between the plates. All-welded plate heat exchanger has high heat transfer efficiency, small volume size and compact overall structure. So it is space saving and highly environmental adaptable. Plate heat exchanger has stable performance, long service life and easy installation. The use of special material can prevent the corrosion of the plate, prolong the service life and save the cost.
