PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Air preheater is a heating device that is designed to recover waste/exhaust heat from hot flue gas to preheat the air for next process, usually as combustion air to burn in furnace. So it is usually named the waste-to-energy equipment. 

Anti Corrossion Air Preheater is developped for corrosive working condition, according to the requirement of flue gas inlet and outlet temperature, this combined air preheater is divided into high temperature section and low temperature section.

High efficiency indicators:

1. The plate wall thickness is 0.8-2mm, and the tube's is generally 2-3mm; 
2. Under the same heat transfer conditions, K value is 1.5-2 times of the tube bundle type;
3. Under the same conditions, the pressure drop is 20% - 50% of the tube bundle type;
4. In the same 1m² space, the tube bundle can be arranged with a heat exchange area of about 20 m², while the plate heat exchanger can be arranged with a general area of 40-80 m²;
