The low temperature flue gas corrosion of air preheater is one of the important factors that affect the economic operation of the boiler.In order to improve the working conditions of air preheating and improve the corrosion resistance of the air preheater, the low temperature corrosion resistant high boron silicon glass tube is used to manufacture the air preheater.
1. Transparent, easy to clean, small flow resistance, good thermal stability.
2. Acid and alkali resistance, water resistance, excellent corrosion resistance. Low thermal expansion coefficient. To avoid low temperature corrosion leakage.
3. The corrosion resistance of the boron silicon glass tube is better than that of ordinary steel pipe and enamel tube, which is very effective for solving the dew point corrosion. The thermal conductivity of the boron silicon glass tube is 1.2W/mºC, the thermal conductivity of the steel tube is 34.5-50.6W/mºC, and the thermal conductivity of the is 0.07-0.12W/mºC. Although the thermal conductivity of the glass tube is less than that of the steel pipe, the thermal conductivity of the product is much higher than that of the pipe. So the overall heat transfer performance is higher than that of the steel tube.
