Product information:MVR evaporator process is to reuse the second evaporation of its own energy, thereby reducing the demand for external energy, a energy saving technology. Since the latent heat of the vapour has been fully utilized, the MVR evaporator has the following advantages compared with the conventional evaporator:
1. Energy saving effect is very significant, MVR system energy consumption is equivalent to 30 of the multi effect evaporator
2. Don't need to steam heating, only the appropriate power to maintain the normal evaporation
3. Because the heater is also the vapour condenser, so not only do not need additional condenser, and no need to recycle cooling water
4. The area is small, the operator is less; supporting public works projects
5. The operation is more stable and reliable, the whole system can be configured to control the high degree of automation
6. Wide range of evaporation. Most of the materials can be evaporated by MVR evaporator. The range of evaporation temperature is small, is more suitable for heat sensitive materials.
And in the low temperature evaporation condition, there is no need to cool the cooling water, which can save the investment management.
