POLYURETHANE COLD/CRYOGENIC PIPE SUPPORTS
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Polyurethane cold/cryogenic pipe supports are generally installed and equiped with clamps. They are installed as pipe supports on low-temperature equipment and pipelines, mainly suitable for laying and connecting chemical energy pipelines. The angles are divided into 45 °, 60 °, 90 °, 120 °, 180 ° and so on. The thickness is from 20 to 320mm, and the length is from 80-300mm. The materials mainly include red pine and polyurethane. Polyurethane pipe support is a new type of product developed through modification on the basis of wooden support. A proprietary and standardized mold for insulation products in low-temperature pipelines at minus 160 degrees Celsius.
APPLICATION
Polyurethane cold/cryogenic pipe supports are suitable for low-temperature pipelines for transporting refrigerants in industries such as petrochemicals, fertilizers, chemical fibers, pharmaceuticals, paper, hotels, cold storage, steel, power plants, oil pipelines, ethylene projects, air separation projects, LNG and LPG projects, as well as refrigeration, shipbuilding, and other industries.
ADVANTAGES:
1.The supports are suitable for pipes that have surface temperature ranges of -196ºC to 120ºC.
2.The density of the polyurethane pipe support vary between 160,224,320,500kg/m³.And each density is colour codes for tracebility purposes.
3.The close cell ratio of the material is more than 20%. So the pipe support has better anti-corrosion performance.
4.DN15-DN2000 can be choosen to fit for different customers'requirements.
5.High strength, low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, hydrolysis resistance, and non flammability
