Desulfurization wastewater is a kind of waste water produced by limestone - gypsum desulfurization method in coal-fired power plants. The annual output of desulfurization wastewater in China accounts for a high proportion of the total industrial waste water, and the harmful components in the wastewater are mostly supersaturated sulfites and heavy metals, so it is urgent to treat desulfurization wastewater.

Desulfurization wastewater treatment process usually includes physical treatment, chemical treatment, biochemical treatment, electrolysis treatment and so on.Our company adopts a plate evaporator for desulfurization wastewater treatment. The desulfurization wastewater evaporates and crystallizes in the evaporator. When the salt substances in the wastewater are saturated and crystallized, it enters the separator to separate the crystal liquid, and the mother liquid returns to the material pool, and the condensed water is discharged for reuse.
