1. The heat transfer element is stainless steel plate, and the internal turbulence structure of the plate can form turbulence at a very low Reynolds number, so as to improve the heat transfer coefficient. The efficiency of the heat exchanger is 2~3 times that of the ordinary finned tube air cooling.
2. The equipment is small in volume, and the compactness of all-welded plate air cooler is about 220m2/m3, which is much higher than the 78m2/m3 of tubular air cooling.
