All welded plate type air cooler is mainly composed of heat exchange core body, air passage, spray device, fan, base and support.Combined with the advantages of plate heat exchanger and wet evaporative air cooler,this kind of air cooler is a new type with high efficient, low cooling efficiency and can solve problems such as low material cooling efficiency, large consumption of refrigerant,is widely used in modern refining industry, chemical industry, electric power, nuclear power, metallurgy industry, etc.



Main features:

1. The heat transfer element is stainless steel plate, and the internal turbulence structure of the plate can form turbulence at a very low Reynolds number, so as to improve the heat transfer coefficient. The efficiency of the heat exchanger is 2~3 times that of the ordinary finned tube air cooling.
2. The equipment is small in volume, and the compactness of all-welded plate air cooler is about 220m2/m3, which is much higher than the 78m2/m3 of tubular air cooling.
