Silicon carbide is a single-phase, pressureless sintered silicon carbide ceramic, which has excellent characteristics such as high purity, fine grain and extremely low porosity. It is suitable for extreme environments such as high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion and high wear, and completely solves the dew point corrosion problem. At the same time, silicon carbide also has ultra-high thermal conductivity.
