The GGH for Waste Gas Treatment in Coal Chemical Industry designed and developed by Shandong Wintech Technology Co.,Ltd takes heat exchange plates as heat transfer element. The connection place of cold press molded plate pairs are seamlessly welded to form several flat channels. Taking plates as the heat transfer surface has the advantages of good heat transfer performance, compact structure and small volume and can be used as air preheater and coal gas preheating device for steelworks or as waste heat recovery device for waste incineration.

GGH heat exchanger for waste gas treatment of coal chemical industry developed and designed by Wintech Technology is an advanced and efficient heat exchanger with high heat transfer efficiency, low pressure, compact structure, long service life and complete separation of hot and cold fluid. Because the shape of the flow passage section of the heat transfer plate along the flow direction changes constantly, the disturbance to the heat transfer fluid is strengthened, thus increasing the heat transfer performance of the fluid.Moreover, the surface of the plate is smooth and has smaller fouling thermal resistance. At the design flow rate, the turbulent state can be achieved to avoid dust deposition, enhance heat transfer and reduce resistance. Due to the outstanding characteristics, the plate type heat exchanger has the best heat energy recovery efficiency under the condition of meeting the technical requirements of the project.
