Overview
This all welded plate type air cooler consists mainly of heat exchange core, air passage, spraying device, fan, base and bracket, combines the advantages of plate heat exchanger and wet evaporative air cooler .This is one new type of high efficient air cooler to solve the cooling efficiency of the material is low, the refrigerant consumption and other industry problems. This equipment is widely used in modern oil refining, chemical, electric power, nuclear energy and metallurgical and other industries
Advantages
the heat transfer element is stainless steel plate. The internal structure of the plate can form turbulent flow at low Reynolds number, which can increase the heat transfer coefficient. The efficiency of the heat exchanger is 2~3 times of the ordinary finned tube air cooling.
this is small volume, the full welded plate wet air cooling compact is about 220 m²/m³, this is far greater than the tube type air cooling 78 m²/m³
if there is under the condition of the same heat exchange area, the all welded plate type wet air cooling is small size and light weight, which can greatly save the installation space and installation cost of the equipment
this is unique spray evaporation structure, the use of fluid phase change heat, heat transfer capacity is greatly improved.
