PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Wintech's air preheater is used to recover the low temperature waste heat of flue gas discharged from industrial furnaces such as heating furnace/water tube boiler, preheating the air for combustion, and improve the thermal efficiency of the furnace.

The fully welded plate air preheater is composed of plate bundle, tube box, box body and other major components. The equipment uses the fully welded plate bundle as the heat transfer unit, and stainless steel plates as the heat transfer elements. Welding seals are used between plates to ensure high heat transfer performance and solve the safety problem of flue gas leakage.
