Product Introduction
The double preheater is designed and manufactured in a modular structure, which can realize cross flow and countercurrent flow layout. Materials are selected according to the flue gas temperature and sulfur content, which can realize multi-stage combined layout of high temperature preheating and low temperature preheating. Air curtain and SIC new material technology are used in low temperature section to prevent low temperature dew point corrosion.

For dangerous working conditions with high sulfur content, the low temperature section adopts the new material SIC heat transfer
technology to deal with the dew point corrosion problem, which not only solves the corrosion problem of the conventional exhaust
gas temperature, but also can reduce the exhaust gas temperature to 90 degrees, which improves the efficiency of the hot blast furnace.
Advantages of Silicon Carbide Materials
• It has extremely high corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and erosion resistance, and
can resist high concentration of sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, mixed acid,
strong base, oxidant, etc.
• The thermal conductivity is much higher than that of other non-metallic corrosion resistant
materials, and less heat transfer area is used under the same heat transfer efficiency.
